NASHUA 398N 11 mil Nuclear-Grade Duct Tape
Sounds ominous, Nuke Grade. It simply means it has a special adhesive system designed to not rip gloves and suiting when applied. Always a good thing in a nuclear power plant.
So it's uses are: Securing gloves and boots to safety clothing. Securing dosimeters. Color coding. Securing sheeting to walls. Conforms well to irregular surfaces. Adheres to a wide variety of surfaces. Tears straight, hangs straight, curl resistant. Easy unwind.
Like Nashua 357 Nuke this Nashua 398 Nuke is a high quality polyethylene coated cloth tape. If you owned a Nuke plant you wouldn't want to use anything else.
